Lead upper-2-step pivot-back upper-3-roll-3

  • Lead Upper-2: The lead uppercut (left for righties, right for lefties) is our initial strike, a powerful upward motion that disrupts the opponent's guard. Follow immediately with a straight backhand (2), capitalizing on the opening created by the uppercut.

  • Step Pivot-Back Upper-3: Execute a step pivot (left for righties, right for lefties), loading your back leg to generate power. Unleash a backhand uppercut, exploiting the new angle created by the pivot. Follow around the guard with a lead hook (3).

  • Roll-3: Anticipate your opponent's counter with a looping backhand and roll under it, evading the strike. Immediately counter with a devastating lead hook (3), targeting either the head or body, depending on your strategy.
