Jab-Hook Body-Hook Head-2-Roll-2-3-2

  • Jab-Hook Body-Hook Head: The jab is our setup punch, creating the opening for the rest of the combo. Whether it lands or not, it forces your opponent to react. As they overextend to block the jab, you seize the opportunity with a powerful front hook to the body. Their instinctive reaction to protect their body leaves their head exposed, allowing you to follow up with a front hook to the head.

  • 2-Roll: Now that they're worried about their body and head that you just threw to, you switch it up with a straight right hand down the middle. As they react, you roll to the right (or left, for southpaws) avoiding their swinging front hook.
  • 2-3-2: As you angle and roll, come back up with a 2-3-2 (straight-front hook-straight) since you have capitalized on the step to the side as they recover from missing their front hook.
