Basic punches workout

 



For a good start to your shadow boxing, here is a 4 minute routine to get you started. 

30 second intervals of each, repeated twice: 

1-2 punches 

Uppercuts (both left and right) 

Hooks to the body (both left and right) 

1-2-upper-upper-hook body-hook body 

This video is a mirror image for those that are Orthodox stance.
