Lead Upper-2-Roll-Back Hook to the Body

  • Lead Uppercut: This punch comes from your front hand. It's great for when your opponent has a tight guard near their face, but leaves space around their elbows. You can "come up the middle" to break through their defense and create an opening.

  • 2 (Straight): Once their guard is open, follow up with a straight punch from your rear hand. This can trigger a counter-punch.

  • Roll: If they counter with a lead hook, roll under it (same side as the hook).

  • Hook to the Body: Their counter-punch will leave their body exposed, so finish with a hook to the body.
