JAB HIGH - JAB LOW - STRAIGHT BACK HAND
- Jab High: You start with a quick jab to your opponent's head. This is your range finder and your first line of offense.
- Jab Low: You immediately follow with a second jab, but this time you aim for the body. As you throw this jab, you should get your head offline by slightly dipping to your back side. This is a crucial defensive maneuver to avoid your opponent’s counter-jab while you're attacking their body.
- Straight Back Hand Upstairs: As you come back up from your jab to the body, you immediately follow with a powerful straight back hand to your opponent's head. This punch capitalizes on your opponent's compromised guard and their focus on your jab to the body.
