1-2-Roll-Back Hook Body-Back Upper-Front Hook-Roll-Front Hook Body-Front Upper

  • Jab (1) - Straight Back Hand (2): The combo starts with the fundamental 1-2 combination. The jab is your setup and range finder, immediately followed by the powerful straight back hand.

  • Roll: Immediately after the 1-2, you perform a defensive roll. This is a swift head and torso movement to evade an opponent's counter-punch.

  • Back Hook Body - Back Upper: As you finish the roll and are coming back up, you immediately transition to offense. You launch a hook to the body with your back hand, followed by an uppercut to the chin with that same hand.

  • Front Hook: Without pause, you immediately follow up with a hook from your front hand.

  • Roll: You perform a defensive roll to evade a potential counter-punch from your opponent.

  • Front Hook Body - Front Upper: As you come out of the roll, you immediately deliver a hook to the opponent's body, ideally to the liver, with your front hand. You then follow up with a front uppercut to finish the combination.
