1-2-Hook Body-Hook Body-Hook Head-2 Downstairs


  • 1-2-Hook Body-Hook Body: Start strong with your classic 1-2 (jab-straigh back hand). Then, without stepping or angling, follow up with a front hook to the body and a back hook to the body. These body shots, aimed at the core or gut, can force your opponent to drop their guard, creating an opening upstairs.

  • Hook Head-2 Downstairs: Capitalize on that opening with a front hook to the head. As they raise their hands to defend, exploit their exposed midsection with a straight punch to the body.  Pro tip: "Get your head offline" by slipping to the side while throwing the body shot. This evasive maneuver protects you from a potential counter.
