1-2-3-Block-3-Roll-3-2
- 1-2-3-Block: Start with our classic 1-2-3: a jab, a straight back hand, and a lead hook. Now, here comes the block! Remember, a good block isn't about pushing your arms out – it's about absorbing the punch with your gloves touching your face, maintaining a strong guard. Anticipate your opponent's counter and be ready to block on the side you just punched from.
- 3: After absorbing the punch, fire back immediately with another lead hook. Why? Because your opponent's defense will likely be open on that side after their counter.
- Roll-3-2: Stay light on your feet! As your opponent reacts to your hook, roll under their punch and unleash a lead hook followed by a straight hand.
