Double Jab-2-Step Back-Back Upper-3-2-Step Pivot-2

  • Double Jab: Start strong, testing the waters, establishing your presence.
  • 2-Step Back: After your initial engagement, follow through with a straight back hand (2), then create some space. This is a strategic repositioning.
  • Back Upper: As you step back, throw a powerful back upper (e.g., if you're orthodox, a right uppercut) to catch your opponent off guard as they follow and lift up their head.
  • 3-2 (Hook-Straight): Immediately follow with a front hook and a straight back hand, capitalizing on the opening created by your uppercut.
  • Step Pivot Left: Instead of continuing straight, pivot sharply to your left (for orthodox), changing your angle and getting off the centerline. This is your "pivot" moment, finding a new vantage point.
  • 2 (Straight back hand): Finish with a strong 2, delivered from your new, advantageous angle.
