1-2-hook body-hook body-front upper-2-roll-2-3-2
- 1-2: We start with the familiar jab, immediately followed by a powerful, straight backhand. This classic opener establishes range and attention.
- Hook body: This next step involves a front hook targeting the body delivered to the liver, a knee dropping shot. In case your opponent doesn’t falter or you miss, follow it up with another back hook to the body!
- Front upper-2: Following the body work, we explode with a front uppercut. This is a powerful upward motion delivered with your lead (front) hand, designed to disrupt an opponent's guard or capitalize on an opening as they bring their elbows to their side to block your body shots. Immediately connect with a straight backhand after you open up their guard with the uppercut.
- Roll: Now, anticipate a counter and roll. This crucial evasion technique will allow you to avoid the counter and follow up with the last three devastating punches.
- 2-3-2: Such a nice finishing touch! Straight backhand, front hook, and another strong backhand! This 2-3-2 has a wonderful flow, nicely set up by the roll loading the back leg!
