Jab-Hook-Step pivot-2-3-2-Step-Hook Body

 

  • Jab-Hook: A classic combo! We start with a solid jab, followed by a front hook (your front arm again). This is a powerful set, as the jab often creates an opening for that hook. Get used to this one, because you will use it a lot! 

  • Step Pivot: Pivot to the same side as your hook (left for righties, right for lefties). The key here is the STEP. This step gives you control over your positioning. Don't skip it!

  • 2-3-2: The pivot loads your back leg, setting you up for a quick and confusing 2-3-2 combination.

  • Step-Hook Body: Take an angle (right for righties, left for lefties) and deliver a hook to the body.
